Key Responsibilities


  • Be the brand representative to provide great customer experience at the airport, Sky Pier Terminal, and designated pre-flight registration locations
  • Deliver a seamless airport experience to our passengers from check-in to boarding Item 3 of 5, 
  • Provide efficient and courteous assistance at various locations such as check-in counters, departure and arrival areas Item 4 of 5, Opportunities to assist some behind-the-scenes operations tasks
  • Opportunities to assist some behind-the-scenes operations tasks Item 5 of 5, 
  • Prepare flight-related documentation to ensure safe and on-time operations 


Requirements


  • Right to work in Hong Kong
  • Minimum age of 18Item 3 of 8, 
  • HKCEE /HKDSE or equivalent qualificationItem 4 of 8, 
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantageItem 5 of 8, Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with 1.5 years or more of experience in any airline or in the hospitality/service industry, will be considered experienced Customer Services Officers and offered a competitive package
